decent experience
convenient location comfortable bed 24-hour minimart unhelpful staff dodgy area disappointing breakfast
i found the location convenient for accessing local sites. it was also nice that it was a quieter business district. the room was clean with a comfortable bed. a minimart on the first level was open 24 hours.
I asked reception for restaurant recommendations. the staff member seemed unsure and not very helpful. she didn't warn me about a dodgy area near the hotel. the breakfast service was disappointing. I had to find my own cutlery.

Great Stay
great location amazing facilities comfortable beds
The location worked well. The public spa facilities looked amazing. Beds were comfortable, and room layout was enjoyable. After busy days, the onsen, spa, and sauna was like heaven.
The breakfast buffet felt overpriced. The selection looked small. The buffet layout seemed crowded.
Rooms
9/10
My room was spacious with good views of the city. The bed was comfortable. The pyjamas and thongs in the room were a bonus.
Dining
8/10
The restaurant was often overcrowded. The food quality did not always meet my expectations. The breakfast buffet is a stressful experience and poorly organized.
Service
9/10
Staff were friendly. The station was fairly accessible, less than 10 minutes from the hotel on train. This hotel is clean and modern.
Facilities
10/10
The rooftop spa was a highlight of my stay. The pool and sauna look excellent. There is a gym with several machines.
